The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is all set to announce the CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation September 2025 results on Sunday, 3rd November 2025. Lakhs of aspiring Chartered Accountants across India are eagerly waiting to know their results after months of hard work and anticipation.

As per the official notification released by ICAI, the results for CA Final (New Syllabus) and CA Intermediate (New Syllabus) examinations held in September 2025 will be declared on 3rd November 2025, and the CA Foundation results will follow later the same day by evening.

🧾 How to Check ICAI CA Results
Once the results are declared, candidates can access their scorecards by following these steps:
- Visit the ICAI result portal – https://icai.nic.in
- Click on your respective exam link:
- CA Final (New Syllabus)
- CA Intermediate (New Syllabus)
- CA Foundation (September 2025)
- Enter your Roll Number, Registration Number, and Captcha Code
- Click on “Submit”
- Your mark sheet will appear on the screen
- Download and print the result for future reference
📈 Passing Criteria
To qualify, candidates must score:
- Minimum 40% marks in each paper, and
- 50% aggregate in one or both groups, as applicable
Students scoring 70% or more aggregate are declared as “Pass with Distinction”.

📆 Exam Overview
- CA Final (New Syllabus): Group I – 3rd, 6th, 8th Sept 2025; Group II – 10th, 12th, 14th Sept 2025
- CA Intermediate (New Syllabus): Mid-September 2025
- CA Foundation: Conducted towards the end of September 2025
Some centers faced exam rescheduling due to adverse weather conditions, but results will be announced uniformly across all regions.

If you believe marks have been incorrectly totaled or evaluated, you can apply for Verification of Marks or Certified Copies through https://icaiexam.icai.org within 30 days of result announcement.

- CA Final pass-outs can apply for ICAI Membership.
- CA Inter pass-outs can begin or continue Articleship.
- CA Foundation qualified students can register for Intermediate under the new syllabus.
